About the job

To strengthen our team we are looking for a Senior Developer with very good knowledge in PHP / Symfony development

What to expect:
Responsibility for the design, development and scaling of complex applications with the Symfony framework.
Architecture decisions: You shape the technical structure of our projects and ensure clean, scalable code.
Coaching and mentoring: Supporting your team to ensure best practices and standards.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate technical requirements into innovative solutions.
Use of modern DevOps and CI/CD tools to optimize development and deployment processes.
What you should bring:
At least 7 years in software development, including at least 3 years in the Symfony environment.
Sound understanding of software architectures, design patterns and domain-driven design (DDD).
Experience with Docker, optionally also Kubernetes
Confident handling of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL)
Experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing (PHPUnit).
Version control: Git (e.g. GitLab, GitHub).
Bonus: Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js or React.
You work in a structured manner, think analytically and show initiative.
You are communicative, team-oriented and can explain complex technical issues simply.
Very good knowledge of English (Min B2), good knowledge of German desirable
